Terms of Use

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Inaura, provided by Burak Eray Kayis. By downloading, accessing, or using Inaura, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Inaura

Inaura is a vision board, daily alignment, evidence, and manifestation support tool. It helps you organize visions, revisit your intentions, and record text or photo evidence of your progress.

Inaura does not guarantee that any goal, manifestation, financial result, relationship outcome, health result, or other desired outcome will occur. The app is a personal organization and reflection tool, not professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, safety, and results.

Permission to Use the App

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Inaura for lawful personal use. Inaura, its software, design, branding, and original materials remain the property of Burak Eray Kayis or the applicable licensors.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create unauthorized derivative works from the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the text and photos you add to Inaura. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and that it does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

In the current version, vision and evidence text and photos are stored on your device and are not synced to an Inaura account or Inaura cloud storage. You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backups you consider necessary. If you submit feedback or support content, you permit Inaura and its service providers to process that submission as needed to receive, review, and respond to it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Subscriptions and App Store Billing

Some Inaura features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to the terms and billing rules shown by Apple at the time of purchase. Prices, subscription periods, free trials, and renewal terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before the renewal deadline shown by Apple, an auto-renewing subscription may renew and your App Store payment method may be charged. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies. Inaura may provide Apple with subscription consumption information where permitted and appropriate to help Apple evaluate a refund request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Inaura relies on third-party platforms and providers for functions such as App Store distribution, analytics, subscriptions, notifications, and operational support. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Inaura is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Service Changes, Availability, and Termination

Inaura may add, change, suspend, or remove features; release updates; change pricing for future purchases; or discontinue all or part of the service. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, platform changes, security needs, or events outside Inaura's control.

Your access may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using Inaura at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inaura is provided "as is" and "as available." No promise is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burak Eray Kayis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Inaura. Inaura is not responsible for locally stored content lost because of device loss, app deletion, operating system behavior, lack of backup, or actions outside Inaura's reasonable control. Liability is not limited where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as Inaura changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
